FAMILY: A Circle of Strength and Love

We can help you be proactive in your relationships and provide guidance in blending your families and develop more effective, less stressful patterns of living.
You may also begin family therapy when you know your family will be going through a major life event. We can guide communications and therapy during an extended family conflict, infidelity, or divorce.
Growing and Healing with Others
Group Therapy can provide mutual support knowing that others may be experiencing similar challenges. It can also help you develop new skills to relate to others. Learning how to interact with the other members of the group can help you in your relationships outside the group.
Other members may offer suggestions to dealing with a particular problem that you may not have thought of, giving you a wider range of perspectives on your situation, and that can help you deal with your problems better.
Group sessions result in better engagement and individual accountability. Members often push themselves harder when they see what others are doing. It can be very encouraging when they hear how other members successfully overcame their challenges and this can propel them forward.
