After many years of serving individuals and families in our community, the
Centre for Mental Health and Addictions is closing its clinical practice and is no longer accepting new clients.
We are deeply grateful to every client who trusted us with their care, to the clinicians who contributed their time and expertise, and to the community organizations and partners who supported our work.
Although the Centre is closing, former clients will continue to be able to request information from their client files in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and professional record retention requirements.
If you require copies of records, confirmation of appointment dates, receipts, or other information relating to services you previously received through the Centre, please contact:

The Centre is no longer accepting new clients or providing new clinical services.
We recognize that finding accessible and affordable mental health care can be difficult. If you are looking for support, we encourage you to explore community-based, publicly funded, nonprofit, and other mental health services available in Calgary and Alberta.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
It has been a privilege to be part of the mental health community and to have been entrusted with the care of the people who came through our doors.

While the Centre is coming to an end, we are proud of the work that was accomplished and, most importantly, of the people we had the privilege to serve.
